Fans recently discussed the possibilities of James playing for a different side in the league.

King James announced his return from injury with a triple-double as he recorded 29-13-10. But it wasn’t an easy win for the LA-based franchise, who struggled at first but then mounted an incredible comeback to snatch a win. However, despite the win, the Lakers are 26-28 and sit 9th at the conference table.

LeBron has won four NBA championships, including one with the Lakers in 2020. However, this season it looks hard for the Lakers to win their 18th championship. Fans on Reddit have recently discussed the possibility of James playing for a different side in the NBA.

An NBA fan recently started a discussion on the NBA subreddit about James leaving the Lakers and joining a different team. Fans in the comment section came up with some interesting replies to the post.

One fan recommended the Cavaliers as his new team by commenting: “LeProdigal Son Returns Part II: Cavaliers Boogaloo”. Another fan brought out the possibility of joining the Sixers – “I believe he would fit in seamlessly on the 76ers. He could come right in and replace Maxey as their primary playmaker”.

One fan came up with an interesting thought of James playing alongside Jokic with the Nuggets – “Nuggets, Jokic and LeBron would annihilate the league. Plus LeBron could LeCoast in the regular season because Jokic doesn’t want to miss a single game ever”. Some other notable replies linked him to the Nets and the Warriors.

These were some interesting responses to the discussion on Reddit. James playing alongside Jokic and co. could be incredible for the Denver-based franchise. However, LeBron is one of the best players in the world despite being 37. So, he is only going to improve any team.
