Former Milwaukee Bucks head coach George Karl is regarded as one of the best NBA coaches of all time. However, he has never won an NBA championship in his 38-year-long coaching career. The Los Angeles Lakers eliminated his teams on several occasions. Apart from coaching in the USA, Karl has also had successful stints with EuroLeague giants, Real Madrid. He is one of the nine NBA coaches to register 1000 wins in the championship.
Karl has coached several top teams during his coaching tenure. But, currently one of the most talked-about teams of the town is the Los Angeles Lakers. Frank Vogel, who guided them to the 2020 championship victory, currently coaches the Lakers.
Vogel’s Lakers have added many quality players to their roster for the coming season. With a monstrous roster like this, the Lakers are one of the top contenders for the NBA title in the coming season. However, George Karl has trolled the Lakers on Twitter.

Karl’s tweet didn’t go down well with the Lakers fans, who then reacted to it. To everyone’s surprise, Dwight Howard was part of the Lakers roster for the 2012-13 season. Marc Gasol’s brother Pau Gasol was also a part of the roster captained by the legendary Kobe Bryant. Later, the injury-ridden Lakers managed to reach the playoffs as the seventh seed, but failed to go past the first round. San Antonio Spurs beat them 4-0.
