Russell Westbrook has been in the NBA for the past 13 seasons. During this time, he has played for three teams and will play for his fourth team this season. However, his journey to the top has been very inspiring and fans can now watch how he developed in the documentary.
The documentary will cover his professional career right from his high school to the NBA. It will also feature some never-seen-before pictures and clips of Westbrook and his family.
“I’m proud to share this documentary and give audiences an inside look into who I really am on and off the court,” Westbrook recently said on his documentary.
“There are a lot of misconceptions about me, but I’m ready to share my story and my journey with my fans.”
The documentary will also feature interviews with Kevin Love and Nick Collison. The documentary’s shooting started before the 2019-20 season and will cover his stint with Houston Rockets and Washington Wizards closely.
It is produced by Westbrook himself as Donnell Beverly and his brother, Raynard Westbrook, are co-producers. The Director of Kobe Bryant’s ‘Muse’, Gotham Chopra, is the co-director of Westbrook’s project alongside Erik LeDrew.
