The NBA is finally inching closer to the regular season. While all teams are looking to amp up their performances, teams like the Brooklyn Nets see this as another chance to try and claim the title. However, they are playing without an integral part of their big three for now – Kyrie Irving.
After acquiring James Harden last season, the Nets were seen as championship contenders. Kevin Durant and Irving were already on board, only injuries plaguing their season.
That being said, even if the Nets are without Irving, Harden and Durant seem to be working well together.

By the looks of it, Harden, Durant, and rookie Cam Thomas are giving it their all during practice. With all three of them shooting hoops, fans are looking forward to the games already.
While some commented on Thomas and the other two NBA icons, others called out Kyrie Irving, who is currently sidelined. Many fans want to see the big three playing and winning together, something which won’t be possible if Irving is away.
“Cam Thomas is the best player in the world in my opinion,” wrote another fan. Some questioned where Irving is, many aware that he plays an important role with the team.
Irving, along with Harden and Durant, is the team’s core. However, if he does not play with the team as the season progresses, it only furthers the problem for the Nets.
