A few days ago, NBA star Damian Lillard tied the knot with his longtime partner Kay’La Hanson. It was a scenic wedding, complete with performances in the company of family and friends. Speaking of friends, Lillard’s teammate CJ McCollum was one of the celebrity guests present at the wedding.

CJ McCollum opens up about Damian Lillard’s amazing wedding ceremony
Talking to Jalen Rose and David Jacoby, McCollum covered a lot of topics, including, but not limited to, coach Chauncey Billups, expectations everyone has for the Trail Blazers, and Lillard’s wedding. The 29-year-old shared the details about Lillard’s wedding with a smile, the screen sharing various videos and photos from the ceremony.
“It was really cool being at the wedding. So many people that you either played with or compete against. And then you had the concert, obviously. It was a beautiful union,” he said, adding that he was indeed thankful for their invitation and that he could be a part of all the great time they had.
Of course, McCollum had to highlight performances at the wedding, which seem to have stolen the show. “You got Common, you got Snoop [Dogg], you got Tevin Campbell. He had blasts, he performed. It was a vibe for sure. It was a movie man.”
Jusuf Nurkić, Evan Turner, and Tim Frazer were other teammates present at the wedding, enjoying their time with Lillard. While a few people at the wedding uploaded images and videos, Lillard himself was sharing tagged stories on Instagram.

Lillard and Hanson have been together since their time at Weber State University (Utah), and they already have twins together – a girl, Kali Emma Lee Lillard, and a boy, Kalii Laheem Lillard.
