The NBA icon has been living elsewhere for years, the property being on sale since before his second marriage. Jordan made the original purchase with Vanoy in 1991 for $2 million, gaining complete ownership after parting ways. While the 56-000-foot property was originally listed for $29 million, the price has gone down since.
The price was dropped to $21 million, and then $16 million. Currently, it has been $14.8 million since 2015.
