Los Angeles Lakers are 24-24 this season so far, with their 24th win coming against Brooklyn Nets. However, a win against the mighty Nets doesn’t overshadow the fact that the Lakers have been woeful this season. They did a roster overhaul during the summer, but the team isn’t clicking together despite all the off-season business.

The Lakers have a winning% of .500 and they haven’t managed to cross that number for a long time this season. They have recorded some important wins this season but haven’t been consistent enough. LeBron James has been overburdened with responsibilities as other players have failed to make a mark. However, the trade window is a good opportunity for the Lakers to clear some roster spots and bring in fresh faces who could help them reach the playoffs.

Grant signed a three-year deal with the Pistons in 2020, which will expire in 2023. Grant could be a good fit alongside Trae Young in Atlanta. The Hawks can get a defensive lift from the 27-year-old and his ability to drive the line will also suit their style of play. Do you think Grant will be a good fit for the Hawks?
