Six-time NBA All-Star Damian Lillard has been with Portland Trail Blazers since 2012. The sixth overall pick in his class, Lillard became the Rookie of the Year in his first season. However, recently, there were speculations that the 31-year-old point guard wants to move this summer. But Lillard put those rumors to rest last month.

Lillard has been pivotal for the Blazers and has played an important role in helping them qualify for the playoffs every season since 2014. Last year’s post-season was his career-best as he averaged 34.3 PPG. However, the Blazers lost in the first round itself.

Damian Lillard’s record in the league is unreal. Lillard has started every single game in which he has been named on the team sheet. He has never played a game off the bench, which is a record in itself. In a surprising stat, Lillard tops the list of players who have started the most games in the NBA in the past nine years. He has started 682 games in the past decade for the Trail Blazers. Lillard is followed by DeRozan and Harden on the list. When we consider most games played in the NBA since Lillard’s debut, only P. J. Tucker is ahead of him on the list.
