Philadelphia 76ers have now registered two back-to-back wins this season after downing the Pistons and the Hawks at home. Tobias Harris and Joel Embiid propelled the Sixers to their fourth victory of the season against the Hawks. However, as the Sixers adapt to the changes this season, they are set to miss Joel Embiid for their next game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Four-time All-Star Joel Embiid has been the centerpiece of the Sixers game plan this season. He is an important member of the team this season and has become the main man in Philly since the Ben Simmons saga.
Last week, it was reported that Embiid is suffering from a knee injury which occured during the Pelicans game. However, despite that, he continued playing through pain in the absence of Ben Simmons. Now it has been reported that Embiid will sit out the next game against the Blazers.
