The NBA is lenient with players leaving the bubble and coming back in. However, there are only strict reasons for which players will be allowed to exit the Disney World Resort. Recently, LA Clippers star Lou Williams left the bubble for personal reasons.
However, before returning to the NBA bubble, Williams decided to take a quick detour and visit a gentleman’s club in Atlanta. Though Williams never posted any such moment from his visit to “Magic City,” rapper Jack Harlow posted a selfie in which Willaims can be seen in the background, wearing a mask provided to players inside the NBA bubble.

As this picture started generating much hype on the internet, the league had to intervene. According to Ramona Shelburne and Bobby Marks of ESPN, NBA security “interviewed” Williams upon his re-entry into the bubble.
Williams admitted to having visited Magic City for dinner. He initially left the bubble to attend the viewing of a close family friend’s father. Upon returning, Williams made a halt at the gentleman’s club to satisfy his hunger cravings.

Magic City has a dish named after Williams!
While everyone is trying to break their heads on why Williams had to make a stop at the gentleman’s club in Atlanta, some might have the answer. NBA analyst Shannon Sharpe provided his take on the issue. He glorified their menu and the quality of the food you get there.
Lou Williams left the bubble for a “family emergency”, made a quick stop at Magic City before hoping to return to the bubble. Y’all thought Lou went for the adult entertainment, but it’s the food, especially chicken wings, strips and catfish nuggets that’s a must.🤣🤣🤣😜😜😜

Getting wings named after you is certainly an honor isn’t it? Lou Williams loves it and he appreciates the gesture by making frequent visits to the gentleman’s club.
What are the consequence of the Clippers star’s actions?

According to the protocols, any player who exits and re-enters the bubble should quarantine themselves for a minimum of four days. However, it is up to the league to extend the isolation period, based on the consideration of certain factors.
Bobby Marks of ESPN posted a status on Twitter that updates us on the harsh consequence Williams might face from his actions. Since the NBA’s return is right around the corner, Williams could have been back for the first game against the Lakers if he only had to undergo a four-day quarantine. But, Bobby Marks thinks otherwise. Williams will miss two seeding games if he is given a ten-day isolation period. In addition to it, he will also be forfeiting $150K from his salary.
A 10-day quarantine would see Lou Williams miss 2 seeding games and forfeit up to $150K in salary. A four-day quarantine would have Williams back on the court by the July 30 first game.
