Defending champions, Milwaukee Bucks haven’t been dominating the NBA this season as they were expected to. However, they have been carving out wins against the stronger sides and presenting their case for the champion conversation. Giannis Antetokounmpo has been the major force behind their performance this season and continues to impress.
Giannis has been in insane form for the Bucks this season. The Bucks are 27- 17 this season so far and are fourth in the eastern conference table. However, that didn’t stop them from making a statement against the Warriors earlier this week.
Golden State Warriors are currently on .738 this season and are in a comfortable position to qualify for the playoffs. However, they recently lost 99-118 to the defending champions at the Fiserv Forum. Giannis scored a game-high 30 points against the Warriors and presented his case for the MVP conversation this season. Former NBA star Charles Barkley was all praises about Giannis in a recent show.

Charles Barkley heaps massive praise on Giannis Antetokounmpo
Barkley, in a recent episode of ‘Inside the NBA’, praised Giannis for his performance vs the Warriors. He also said that the ‘Greek freak’ deserves to be the MVP conversation.
“When you are the man and Giannis is the man in the NBA now,” Barkley said.
“When you get a guy coming in who’s in the MVP conversation, a team you might play in the finals. You want to send them a message. I always hear guys always say ‘well I’ll treat all the games just the same’. First of all, that’s a lie, and it’s bogus. When you’re a great player, when you see another great player, your mentality totally changes. You’re like ‘I’m not letting this dude put on’, especially at home… ..this was all Giannis tonight.”
