Despite countless rumors and unexpected situations, Bradley Beal has always stuck with the Washington Wizards. Regardless of the results, Beal has always chosen his loyalty to the team and to the fans before anything else. However, another NBA trade deadline brings along new reports suggesting a possible move for the Wizards All-Star.

Of course, the Wizards are not too keen on parting ways with Beal. Even though they are yet to get close to a title, Beal has helped create a name for himself in Washington. Along with that, the team’s reputation and popularity have a lot to do with Beal.

Fans react to Bradley Beal’s possible departure from the Wizards ahead of the NBA Trade deadline

Irrespective of what the team wants, one cannot deny the possibility of Beal’s trade. Naturally, the fans have an explosive reaction to the same, some speculating the team and players Beal might prefer.

Two teams that fans singled out were the Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics. Both teams have strong cores but are missing certain aspects of their roster to help them win their title. In Philadelphia, Beal (and Harden, reportedly), will play with Joel Embiid. While in Boston, we have Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker. Either way, there is a possibility for Beal to play in a big three.

Russell Westbrook’s addition to the team ended up being a disappointment. Fans believe that if it is a title Beal wants, he can secure that by playing for another team. Certain fans want Beal to stay with the Wizards.

Reports add that the team is looking to add more players to support Beal, and not looking to let go of the 28-year-old just yet.

Does the team need Beal or another consistent scorer?

If he does end up staying with the team, they have to make significant roster changes once again. Though they have talents like Kyle Kuzma, Rui Hachimura, and Deni Avdija on the team, another consistent scorer might help their chances. Someone like Spencer Dinwiddie might be traded soon, especially as he failed to make the comeback Wizards needed.

Interestingly, someone even suggested a Luka Doncic-Bradley Beal combination.

Fans also proposed that the team rebuild, indicating that Beal is not the guy they need anymore. With Kuzma and Avdija on the team, they can surely slot in some more players to create a strong core.

On his end, Beal is averaging 23.3 points per game. The team, with a 24-28 record, is currently ranked 11th. Following their 95-80 loss against the Phoenix Suns, the Wizards will be facing the Miami Heat next.
