Adam Silver feels Ben Simmons’ current situation is affecting the NBA’s image
NBA commissioner Adam Silver recently appeared in the ‘NBA on TNT‘ and talked about Kyrie Irving’s situation. He also talked about how the Ben Simmons saga is affecting the league’s image.
“I’d love to see Ben settle down and show everybody what he is capable of doing,” Adam Silver said.
“There is no doubt that there is so much more potential for him. He is a wonderful guy, and I hate the fact that this is how it is playing out. It is a bad look for him, and it is a bad look for the team, and certainly a bad look for the league.”

The NBA boasts some of the best athletes in the world. In the past, there have been several incidents of one star’s situation affecting their franchise and the NBA as a whole. Simmons may not be the first one in this situation in the NBA, but he has been the story of the summer due to the standoff between him and the franchise.
