And the reports in Spain states that the Barcelona hierarchy are hoping for the the Spanish tactican to exercise his option to extend his stay at the Camp Nou. Though that doens’t mean that the Spaniard is set to be offered a new contract in the summer. As the Barcelona hierarchy are willing to wait till the end of the season to review the situation.
Currently Valverde’s job might be secure, but the time for which it will be is yet unknown. They might look for alternatives if the results start deteriorating.
