The Tennis Letter shared an image of a Norwegian tennis player at the Vogue World Paris with his girlfriend as the two shared a great look. “Casper Ruud with his girlfriend, Maria Galligani, Vogue World in Paris. They look incredible,” tweeted the page on their X platform. Ruud wore a grey pantsuit with a buttoned-up white shirt, and his girlfriend Galligani was spotted in a lavender, yellow Ombre satin halter neck dress highlighted with a scarf around the neck of a matching color. Ruud was the only ATP star present at the event, but tennis had more representatives. 

Serena and Venus Williams also channeled their dazzling personality to represent 2000s tennis. As Venus Williams rocked in her custom-made Marine Serre gown, Serena Williams’s Ib Kamar fishtail gown was a showstopper too.

Venus Williams’s gown was customized from repurposed tennis bags highlighted with the bags’ original embroidery and piping. Her dress had amazing orange, mauve, white, and red hues that complimented her soft glam look beautifully. Venus Williams’ baby sister wore Kamar’s Off-White dress amalgamating two types of fabric, a sports top and a silk skirt fishtail bottom. Her electric blue and white dress showcased how fashion can blend seamlessly with athleticism.

Serena and Venus Williams’ catwalks were complemented by young French ladies in white tennis outfits in the background, who performed with and without racquets, demonstrating a combination of movement and tennis strokes.

While the two have been ever present in the glamor world, Ruud’s entrance is gladly welcomed. His Roland Garros Yonex attire received much love from the fraternity. Inspired by the colors of Paris’ “refined surroundings,” Ruud’s attire, made of olive green, orange, and beige, not only screamed a great fashion sense but also supported sustainability with recycled polyester. Not to forget, Casper Ruud took that attire to the next level with his dashing charm.
