Who doesn’t love chocolates? Most people love consuming them, but the Swiss population cannot live without them. According to the ‘World Population Review’ website, an average person consumes almost 22lb of chocolate annually in Switzerland. Speaking of Switzerland, the first name that crosses our mind (apart from Toblerone) is Roger Federer! Switzerland is the land of chocolates and the sugary treats that the Swiss make are liked by commoners, celebrities, and athletes alike.

In a recent video posted by WTA on Twitter, Swiss tennis player Jil Teichmann revealed her love for chocolates. Her response also serves as a reminder of Federer’s love of chocolates.

Can chocolate be considered a cheat meal?

In response to a question regarding her cheat meal, Teichmann’s answer might make every Swiss person proud of her.

The Swiss player revealed, “My cheat-well, it’s not a meal. It’s Chocolate. I’m Swiss, so, Chocolate is my love.” Elaborating on it, the 129th-seeded player said that any kind of chocolate would do for her.

The twenty-five-year-old said, “Doesn’t matter, any kind of Chocolate is good for me.”?Her face lit up when she talked about chocolates.

Teichmann’s statement echoes what Federer said in a New York Times interview nearly two years back.

He revealed that B?ndner Nusstorte, a nut tart, is among his favorite sweet delicacies.

On the other hand, the WTA Swiss tennis player Jil failed to emerge victorious in her round-of-16 match against World no 1 tennis player Iga Swiatek in BAD Hombourg Open.? Although, she failed to taste sweet victory, maybe gorging on some Swiss chocolates could help uplift her mood.
