It took just 5 days for the world number one, Novak Djokovic to return the favor to the 22-year-old Italian, Jannik Sinner. To come back from such a shocking defeat to someone 14 years younger than him must have been hard to digest for the Serbian. 

It took 1 hour 43 minutes this time to defeat Sinner. Djokovic defeated the Italian in straight sets by a margin of 6-3,6-3 at Pala Alpitour. This was his 4th win over Jannik Sinner. This was a historic moment for Sinner as he became the first Italian to reach the finals of the season-ending championship.
