However, amid all this, there is a new rumored update on his ex-girlfriend, Maria Bracinni!

As reported by Tuttosport.com, per the weekly magazine, ‘Diva e Donna,’ Sinner broke off his relationship with Anna Kalinskaya to get closer to Braccini. Is that true? These rumors were sparked by the Russian tennis player’s absence from the ATP Finals and Braccini’s attendance at his matches, leading to speculation about a potential reunion between the two. There was no trace of Anna in Malaga either, where the Davis Cup was won for the second consecutive year by the Italians.

During the US Open, Jannik Sinner and Anna Kalinskaya were spotted exchanging a heartwarming kiss after his victory in the final. Then even, during his loss at the final of the China Open, Kalinskaya was seen consoling Sinner with a warm hug. So, even during the ATP Finals, fans were searching for Kalinskaya in the stands but later on, it was revealed; she was then spending her vacation in Miami with her friends for a couple of weeks of relaxation, as shown in her Instagram stories. 

According to some other Italian reports, both Jannik Sinner and Anna Kalinskaya have reportedly taken a break from each other amid a “crisis” so that they can “better understand their relationship and future.”

In mid November, Sinner was also heard saying, “Having a girlfriend is something that either makes you feel good or makes you feel bad. I want it to be something that feels very natural, which comes into my life normally. I can’t afford to change as a player or as a person. That hasn’t happened. That’s why it works.”

We haven’t heard much from Sinner or Kalinskaya about these rumors surrounding their possible breakup. But we did hear a few words from Maria Braccini when Sinner confirmed his relationship with Kalinskaya in May this year. What did Braccini say at that time?

In July this year, Maria Braccini opened up about her personal life on social media. Jannik Sinner and Maria Braccini started dating each other in 2020. However, they always preferred to keep their relationship private. They briefly split in late 2021, only to reconcile shortly after that. The then-couple fianlly broke up in March 2024. While sharing her thoughts about her life after her breakup with Jannik Sinner, she said,

“I never talked about myself on social media, I never shared anything about my private life or what I did. In recent years I have worked hard to realize one of my biggest dreams. I was patient, I studied, I was rejected but I never stopped believing and working to improve myself, silently so as not to have easier roads.” She further highlighted a bit about her new journey and added, “I made a journey to sign a piece of paper that was really important to me and which marks the beginning of a new and long journey.” 

Just like Kalinskaya, even Braccini used to travel to the stadiums to watch Jannik Sinner play. So, she was also quite a popular figure among the tennis fans. When Sinner confirmed his relationship with Anna Kalinskaya in May 2024, we saw Maria Braccini receiving a fair bit of support from her well-wishers on social media. She even thanked all the fans for showing their love and affection towards her in tough times by saying,

“I have had teary eyes, aware of the affection and support you have given me. Thank you, thank you, thank you with all my heart…For every door that closes, there is always another that opens. See you soon.” However, there is no official confirmation regarding these rumors.
