Stefano Tsitsipas is hell-bent on winning a Grand Slam. Desperate to follow up with his ongoing impressive performance at the 2024 Gstaad Open, Tsitsipas showed he is in great form now. Delving into his ability to manage professional dreams with his romantic relationship with Paula Badosa, Tsitsipas offered the media a great anecdote. Tsitsipas’ revelations not only bring out his confidence but show the support Paula Badosa offers in his life.

Tsitsipas and Badosa are dedicated to showing their skills in the upcoming US Open and it was revealed from the ATP star’s recent interview in an interview with 20 Minuten. While answering why he has not attended any of Badosa’s matches in Hamburg or Wimbledon, Tsitsipas first called out his stress factor.

However, he further said he and Badosa are investing their free time in practicing, hoping to perform much better in the upcoming US Open. “That’s one of the agreements I made with Paula. If she wants to watch, she can always. But it’s better if we focus on our tennis and our training,” said Tsitsipas.

Greece and the games, for sure fit in like bread and butter together. It is something that has been a dream of mine since I started playing tennis, since I first picked up a tennis racket – I always wanted to be an athlete that gets to participate in something like that. Of course, to be aiming for a medal is something extraordinary, so my dream keeps on evolving, keeps on existing, and my path towards that is slowly building up,” he said about his Olympic dream.

While Badosa will not be playing at the Paris Olympics, she will likely to the pact, keeping an eye on the US Open. Tsitsipas might reveal about not attending Badosa’s matches but that doesn’t mean this Greek ATP star offers less support to his talented tennis player girlfriend.
