Both Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa are currently dealing with injury setbacks. While Badosa remains on the sidelines with a persistent back injury, the Greek may also have suffered a similar issue during his QF match at the Barcelona Open. But that doesn’t stop them from spending quality time with each other. The duo was spotted enjoying a dinner date recently, and as they always do, they gave fans a glimpse of it on social media.

Tsitsipas and Badosa began dating in June 2023. The Greek previously confessed it was “love at first sight” when he first saw Badosa at the AO in 2020. He was “completely mesmerized,” and for Badosa, her first impression of Tsitsipas was “very cute, attractive.” Together, they love sharing pictures of their adorable bonding on social media.

In June 2023, Tsitsipas and Badosa started talking to each other in Rome, during the Italian Open. That’s how it began! In a TikTok challenge, Badosa revealed that Tsitsipas was the first one to say, “I love you” and initiate their first kiss.

Speaking about his girlfriend, Tsitsipas once said, “She has brought a lot of blessings into my life and I am proud that I can call her my girlfriend and my life partner.

And, for Badosa, it’s no different. I met Stef right after my injury. It was one of the hardest seasons for me because I have never spent so many months without playing tennis. And he brought me the happiness, support, and fresh air that I needed so much at that time. I felt very happy to have light in my life during such a dark time,” she previously revealed.

Recently, the power couple was spotted on a dinner date, and Badosa shared a glimpse of her boyfriend on her IG stories with the caption, “Kunelaki 🥰.” In Greek, the word ‘Kounelaki’ means ‘little rabbit’.

Have an interesting take?

In May 2024, Badosa stunned everyone by announcing her breakup with Tsitsipas through a social media post. However, a few weeks later, both of them revealed that they were back together. After two, three weeks, I realized that she is a person who has supported me a lot and when she tried to talk to me about meeting, I felt how intense the love we have for each other is. I realized that this relationship I have with Paula is completely different from any other relationship I have had in the past,” said Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Talking about Badosa in another interview, Tsitsipas said, “I love everything about her. The way she plays, the way she carries herself on the court, her personality. Everything was perfect. She was the perfect woman to have by my side.”

Badosa has supported Tsitsipas through thick and thin and has been his pillar of strength. But is she Tsitsipas’ biggest fan? Well, not really! Here is a twist…

Stefanos Tsitsipas names his “biggest supporter,” and it’s not Paula Badosa!

When Tsitsipas won the 2025 Dubai Tennis Championships earlier this year, Paula Badosa shared a picture of him lifting the trophy with the caption, “Once a champ, always a champ.” However, despite her relentless support for the Greek star, the Spaniard has failed to make her name as his “biggest supporter!Who is Tsitsipas’ biggest admirer, then?

In a recent fun interaction on the official IG account of the ATP Tour, Tsitsipas was asked to name his biggest supporter. Responding to that, he said, “Josep Badosa, Paula’s father. He keeps wearing Team Tsitsipas [on his shirt] just everywhere he goes! There’s this one t-shirt that I gave him, and he just wears it everywhere.”

Paula Baodsa’s father, Josep Badosa, usually maintains a low profile, but he was spotted watching his daughter’s fourth-round match at the China Open last year. Who would have thought Tsitsipas would name him as his “biggest supporter,” ahead of his girlfriend Paula and his father Apostolos, who coached him for a substantial part of his career?

Do you think it was just a tongue-in-cheek comment from Tsitsipas? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
