Serena Williams’ Father ‘King’ Richard’s Million-Dollar Business Idea Left ‘Superbrat’ John McEnroe ‘Dumbstruck’ in Their First Meeting – ‘Somewhat Likeable’

In 2017, John McEnroe released his own memoir ‘but seriously’, which became famous over time. In his autobiography, he talked about various aspects of tennis, his personal life, and especially his own opinion on things. The American tennis player has about the 23 grand Slam Champion, Serena Williams, in a little part of his book, but he also recalled an incident when he met Richard Williams for the first time and disclosed a million-dollar strange conversation. 

As famously known as superbrat, the tennis star maybe gets old but he’s never out of style. And his autographed biography he has detailed how he has lived up to his reputation of being the called Bad Boy of the sports.

When King Richard’s advice left McEnroe incredulous

In his memoir, the seven-time Grand Slam champion talked about the bizarre advice he once received from Serena Williams’ father. He addressed meeting King Richard as somewhat likable when he advised him to have his own perfume line. That meeting with Williams left the former tennis player ‘dumbstruck and incredulous’  and called it “somewhat likable.”

Recalling the conversation that’s super brat wrote how he never felt that the world was so poorer place because it lacked one of his perfumes to use. He wrote, “I figured that some of it was probably true, it was just impossible to tell which part…I still don’t think the world is a poorer place because it lacks a Johnny Mac perfume, though Eau de McEnroe does have a certain ring to it.”

However, while talking father, the former tennis player also talked about the Williams sisters who dominated the sport during their own time. I’m the greatest tennis player in consideration of gender.

John McEnroe once shared Williams’ prediction

Williams sisters were just 8 and 9 years old, when they started playing tennis. However, during that time, King Richard shared a prediction and according to the American tennis player, it has come around after almost two decades of playing professional careers for both the Williams sisters.

McEnroe shared King Richard’s prediction before Williams’ last career tournament this year. And said that king Richard believed his daughter will create the stories that are found once in hundred years and will be shared over time.
