While in a high-pressure match such as this, the spectators usually support players by not creating a ruckus. However, there are some in the court who either can’t control their excitement or voluntarily try to distract the players. In this case, it was the latter.
JiDion creating mayhem at Wimbledon Championships
JiDion Adams, the American YouTuber, attended the highly anticipated quarterfinals with no intention of toning down his notorious instincts. Though Djokovic came out victorious in the match, he was clearly rooting for the Italian young blood.
Therefore, when Sinner scored a point, JiDion cheered along with the crowd. But unlike the others, he was using an air horn and was pounding his chest repeatedly. This alerted the security officer near him. Following a lengthy discussion, he was thrown out of the court with a ban from the tournament.
Further, while entering the Centre Court, he recorded himself jokingly speaking things such as “Serena Williams is my baby mama.” JiDion has a reputation for pulling such stunts during professional games. Earlier he went viral for having a haircut while watching an NBA game.
