According to disability news services, they were not able to find anyone who could direct them to the entrance with the wheelchair-accessible section. However, after struggling a lot, they were told to enter through a staff entrance. And made their way through a service left that is basically used to transport wheelie-bins full of “rubbish”.

Nevertheless, even though they made their way to the seats, the experience ruined their enjoyment of the day. A spokesperson from the All England Lawn Tennis Club shared that they have apologized to the couple. And also made a lot of changes for the disabled audience coming in.

Although the number one court only has 40 spaces for wheelchair users, the spokesperson also emphasized improving the accessibility service next year. In addition, they will also provide a pre-booking for those who wish to have additional support.
