In the inaugural Pickleball Slam, fans saw the likes of John McEnroe, Andy Roddick, Andre Agassi, and Michael Chang compete in an exhibition match in Las Vegas on April 2. It looks like the Pickleball Slam 2 is set to follow a similar approach this time around.

In the second edition of the event, there is a surprise addition to the roster, along with the likes of the legendary 22-time Grand Slam champion, Steffi Graf.

Earlier this week, a major update dropped about the second edition of the Pickleball Slam. The tournament’s official Instagram handle posted a teaser to the tournament set to take place in February 2024. The second edition of the tournament will feature a fantastic lineup boasting the likes of John McEnroe, Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, and Maria Sharapova. It will be held in Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida and the tickets will go on sale from today.

For Pickleball Slam 2, Sharapova and McEnroe will team up against Agassi and Graf. The tournament will have a purse of $1 Million. Earlier this year, in the first edition, Agassi and Roddick earned the sum of $1,000,000 after beating McEnroe and Chang in a doubles match with the score line 21-15, 21-23, 12-10.

Before this, McEnroe beat Agassi in straight sets while Roddick took no time to dispatch Michael Chang, also in straight sets. With Agassi and Graf teaming up at this tournament, it’ll be interesting to see how they fare opposite Sharapova and McEnroe.
