The romantic couple chose their Instagram account description wisely. Their pictures are only a sneak peek at how much their hearts are deeply entwined and why they refer to each other as ‘soulmates.’ Badosa and Tsitsipas vacationed near a sea with which their respective countries share a border.

The official Instagram account of ‘Tsitsidosa’ posted a picture in which Tsitsipas planted a gentle kiss on Badosa’s forehead. The Spanish champion is smiling from ear to ear at the warmth of her Greek God. The caption reflected their roots which read, “Love flows like the currents of the Mediterranean, connecting our hearts across borders and cultures ??.”

Little did the couple know that they would meet at the intersection years later as both embark on an enchanting journey. Mediterranian is a place whose northern shore leads to Spain and Greece but on the opposite ends. Similar yet different, the exact blend of any relationship. Spain is on the western side, and Greece falls on the eastern side.

Badosa suffered a back injury and retired in her second round of Wimbledon. Her focus is solely on the US Open, and she is staying away from all other tournaments to save her strength and fitness for the next majors. The Greek star will play his first match on the 3rd of August. He will face the winner of the match between John Isner and Rinky Hijikata.

The match between the two will take place his evening, and Tsistsipas entered the tournament as the top seed.
