A clip shared by the ATP Tour and Nitto ATP Finals’ official IG profiles shows Minaur walking onto the court with a young mascot—a little boy from Turin Pediatric Hospital with physical limb difficulties. The Aussie player carefully held the boy’s hand, constantly checking to ensure he was comfortable, creating a heartfelt moment that left attendees visibly moved. The post was captioned, “All the feels 🥺 A wholesome moment between @alexdeminaur and his young mascot ❤️ #NittoATPFinals.”

Alex de Minaur’s debut at the ATP Tour Finals in Turin marks a great turning point in his career. Although the WTA star lost his opening match against Italy’s Jannik Sinner, he still has a chance to turn things around and is set to face Daniil Medvedev in the clash today. De Minaur is the first Australian in two decades to qualify for this prestigious tournament, underscoring his stellar 2024 season. With 47 wins out of 63 matches, he’s hoping put his recent loss at the Rolex Paris Masters behind and continue his pursuit of a major title in Turin.

Though Boulter is representing team Britain at the 2024 Billie Jean King Cup in Malaga, her tribute to de Minaur’s compassionate character speaks volumes of their great bond. This wasn’t her first PDA for him; she previously shared a glimpse of her admiration with a unique gesture celebrating their bond.

Dressed in a beige coat and blue trousers, Minaur looked handsome for the final press conference of the  2024 Nitto ATP Tour Finals. However, Minaur’s look wasn’t the only stunning aspect of the post. Boulter’s story added a caption that stole the spotlight. “Taken by me,” she wrote. It expressed how smitten the Briton was witnessing Minaur’s gentlemanly look. Boulter also shared a selfie the day before this post, where she revealed how her beau loves it when she clicks their photos. If this isn’t a gesture of love then what is?

Boulter and Minaur’s love story is an inspiration. Earlier in an interview with the Standard in July, Boulter said,  “He’s so supportive of me in the job that I do and completely understands. Not many people do. To have that kind of connection where they know what you’re going through, they know the lows and highs, it does feel very comforting. I’m lucky to have him.”  In fact, the Aussie player echoed the same love for Briton. “I’ve learned a lot from her. Every time I watch her, I wish I could hit the ball as big as she does and hit as many winners as she does. Instead I’m stuck to running side to side. I have learnt a lot from her [also] on the mentality side of things and how she goes about her business and it’s been great,” Minaur said.
