Evert expressed her feelings about Roger Federer’s relationship with his wife. The legendary American tweeted delightfully, “The Rock,” symbolizing the strength of their love for each other. Mirka Federer met Roger at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and she has been the biggest support for Federer throughout his career.

Federer has been out of action since Wimbledon 2021. Earlier this month, the Swiss Maestro had informed his fans that he would play his final match at the Laver Cup. Evert has always shown her admiration for Federer through her posts on social media. After his last dance, the ‘Ice Maiden’ was overcome with emotion and tweeted,“I was never doing ok?”.

Roger Federer bid adieu to his fans, as Mirka and their four children were in the stands. Federer couldn’t control his tears after his last match, as he was seen crying his eyes out with his rival and close friend, Rafael Nadal.
In his last match, Federer played alongside Nadal and faced a stern test from the American duo Frances Tiafoe and Jack Sock of Team World. Tiafoe and Sock defeated the legendary duo with a final score of 4-6 7-6(2) 11-9.

Roger Federer lost the last match of his career
Federer’s career ended perfectly as he played the last match of his career with his rival and close friend, Rafael Nadal.
