Eubanks is one of those softies at heart. He performs a mean game on the court but when it is time to speak he only says the nicest of things. This time was no different as he began to unravel even more of his warm side for all of Instagram to see. This man never ceases to amaze us with his thoughtful words and actions.

When Eubanks was asked, when was the last time he cried, this is what he said: “This past week when Coco Gauff won the U.S. Open, I started to cry when I saw her and her dad hug because we’re all very close.” Well, the moment he was talking about was indeed quite emotional.

Nothing is more beautiful than seeing a child make her parents proud. Gauff is still a teenager which makes her achievement even more glorious. More than that, achieving the US Open title while defeating a player like Aryna Sabalenka is no ordinary feat. Certainly, Gauff running to her father to celebrate the biggest moment of her career so far was always going to be a happy teary-eyed moment.
