All’s well that ends well, it is often said. The case of Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa is no exception. Shortly after announcing the end of their relationship, the two were spotted together in Paris, only to unite once again. Subsequently, they revealed that things had improved between the two, and they were in a relationship again. Amid these ups and downs, the two have bonded together for an exciting partnership.

Tsitsipas and Badosa have teamed up to play mixed doubles at the ongoing French Open. Although not unfamiliar with playing with each other, the two will get together on the tennis court after a long time. Recently, Tsitsipas revealed why they decided to play this format.

He said, “Paris holds a special place for me and Paula, that’s where we had our first date right before Roland-Garros last year, our anniversary occurs here, so for us it was a no-brainer to play our first mixed doubles in Roland-Garros.”

Tsitsipas and Badosa started dating in May last year. A few weeks later, they made their relationship official and often shared glimpses of their time spent together. Later that year, the two teamed up on the court to play mixed doubles together. At the World Tennis League match, the power couple defeated Daniil Medvedev and Sofia Kenin. With the two being no strangers on the tennis court, it won’t be a surprise to see them thrive at the French Open. As a result, Badosa can’t control her excitement before their first match in the City of Love.
