Andre Agassi hilariously accepts being “number 2” at home
Andre Agassi, the tennis legend renowned for his inspiring achievements on the court, playfully reflected on his remarkable journey to greatness, not just as the former world number one but also as the “number two” in his own household. In a lighthearted jest, Agassi humorously acknowledged the challenge of maintaining his ranking at home, where his wife and fellow tennis legend, Steffi Graf, reigns supreme as a former Grand Slam winner herself.
In an interview with Vijay Amritraj, he said, “It might be my greatest achievement ever to be number one in the world and number two in my own home. That’s not easy to pull off. I think, like Federer would have to marry Nadal for something like that to happen.”

Despite their illustrious tennis heritage, the couple did not impose their own paths on their offspring, allowing them to carve their destinies.
