Yesterday, it was a star-studded affair at the Miami GP, as many stars from different sporting worlds gathered to enjoy the F1 race. From Serena Williams to Michael Jordan, pretty much every famous person was in attendance at the Hard Rock stadium. Former Danish tennis player Caroline Wozniacki was also there in the arena. Recently, she posted some beautiful pictures from that event where we saw some familiar faces.

Caroline Wozniacki met with Venus and Serena Williams and other tennis stars

The 2018 Australian Open winner was with her husband David Lee at the Stadium, where she met with Serena Williams and Venus Williams. Also, she met with the recently retired tennis player, Juan Martin del Potro. Earlier, Wozniacki took to Instagram and posted some beautiful pictures and in the caption, she wrote, “Fun day catching up with friends watching the @f1.”

Apart from an Instagram post, she also posted a few videos on her story, where she was up close with a few F1 cars. She then shared a photo of Venus and herself chatting. Notably, Wozniacki is a good friend of Venus and Serena. Previously, she went on a dinner date with the younger Williams Sister.

While most of the tennis stars were supporting Lewis Hamilton in that race, including the whole Williams family, the race saw Max Verstappen claim victory over Charles Leclerc. Unfortunately, Lewis Hamilton finished 6th, the same position he finished in qualifying.

Wozniacki recently played her farewell match against Angelique Kerber

Almost a month ago, Wozniacki played her final match on her home soil against 3-time Grand Slam champion Angelique Kerber. In her farewell match, she beat the German player and one of her best friends on the tour to say goodbye to tennis forever. Notably, she retired in January 2020 after the Australian Open.

In her illustrious career, she won only one Grand Slam title, i.e. the Australian Open. In that final, she beat Romanian tennis player Simona Halep. Since then, she wanted to start a family with her husband, David Lee. According to her, that was the primary reason she decided to retire from tennis. In 2021, they welcomed their baby daughter, Olivia, into the family.
