The French tennis coach is quite active on his Twitter account. Lately, he took to his Twitter account and shared good news regarding the world’s number one tennis player.
He wrote, “Novak Djokovic will be able to play the 4 GS in 2023. The GOAT race will really start…” \
Federer retired, Nadal struggling with injuries, declining viewership and a polarizing player at the top of the game, men’s tennis isn’t in a great spot right now. Aside from a few the next gen brat pack aren’t that appealing either.

To which a devoted ATP fan commented showing his concerns that the men’s tennis is not in a good shape as the young tennis players are not as appealing as the previous ones.

Furthermore, the 52-year-old tennis coach commented saying, “Give the next Gen some time. The big 3 haven’t been loved from day 1.”
Younger athletes don’t find admiration from the first day of the sport itself. It takes time to be called a legend, and their progress can only be gauged as time passes by. Unsurprisingly, it’s simple as that if you have a favorite, why would you go for another favorite?
However, according to Mouratoglou, there are tennis players who can potentially take over after the Serb and the Spaniard’s era, but that too will happen over time.
Nevertheless, the 23-time Grand Slam Champion’s former coach also re-ignited the GOAT debate with the earlier tweet that he made regarding the Serbian tennis players’ Grand Slam schedule.
