Nearly 12 years ago in Atlanta, Chris Eubanks and Coco Gauff happened to cross paths at an arbitrary tennis court. And now they have one of the strongest friendships in the tennis world. Their friendship is a wonderful example of how fondness frequently coexists with fierce rivalry. Not only are they both outstanding tennis players, but they also have a unique friendship that was on show at SW19, as Gauff supported her friend’s magnificent run to the quarterfinals. Now, Eubanks has returned the favor, copying the teenager’s social media trend.

A few days ago, both tennis players got into a lighthearted exchange of humorous banter that entertained and amused their fans. But, days after the petty brawl, his compatriot, 27-year-old American tennis player Ben Shelton, pulled his leg over his friendship as Eubanks copied Gauff’s trendy Instagram habit to share his phenomenal tennis form.
