Amid high and low moments in life, kindness has the power to help see through all. In recognization of its importance, American tennis pro Madison Keys started an initiative called KindnessWins, a day dedicated to sharing acts and words of kindness. On its third anniversary on May 21, many tennis professionals praised Madison and helped spread the good word.
It all started with Madison, who wished everyone a Happy KindnessWinsDay on Twitter with an inspiring message. “I want to help show the world the power of kindness and the difference we can make when we take action,” the American wrote.
Happy #KindnessWinsDay! 🥰 This is one of my fave days & we started a few years ago because it’s SO important to recognize the really good things happening in our world. Even in sports, where the focus is being super competitive, kindness is possible & really powerful/inspiring… pic.twitter.com/jg1C3Y5joC
