Canadian tennis player and Frances Tiafoe‘s girlfriend Ayan Broomfield shares an inspiring journey. An NCAA doubles national champion, Broomfield took an interesting shift from playing the sport and created a luxury brand out of herself while keeping tennis in the center. A famous WAG herself, Broomfield uses her fame not only to build a strong career but also to set up a foundation that promotes equality and believes in uplifting others.

Broomfield took her passion for the sport to the next level and started Ayan Broomfield Foundation. Established on 14th January this year, Ayan Broomfield Foundation has a special objective: to work for those who are needy but have a strong-willed interest in tennis. Broomfield has shifted her objective from representing Canada as a professional junior tennis player and is more focused on creating a personal tennis-based brand through modeling, acting, and content creation for major tennis-related fashion and travel companies.

However, her foundation has a completely different motive that showcases the unexplored personality of this WTA star. “Often the people that are in need, are usually the most overlooked. There are countless programs/organizations that are currently serving the most vulnerable groups in society. I want to showcase some of this important work! “ read the foundation’s debut post on Instagram.

Broomfield also pledged that people with charitable organizations working in the field could email her for donations. “If you have a charitable organization that is making a difference, contact me at ayanbfoundation@gmail.com,” the Foundation’s Instagram page mentioned.

For Broomfield, tennis is still her first love. Then, why doesn’t she play tournaments? Well, Frances Tiafoe’s long-term girlfriend has a perfect answer for that. “I still love the sport and have spent 20-odd years in it. With the surge of social media, players can make 10 times more off the court than they were on the court. I can merge the two together,” she said.

However, through her foundation, Broomfield has brought many changes to the professional tennis scene, making a safe space for the unprivileged. “Her goal with the foundation is to provide tennis athletic wear and equipment to underprivileged youth, but she’s also supported women’s shelters and other groups when she holds activations timed to a tournament’s stop in a city,” wrote Forbes.

I also think that it would’ve been really interesting to learn more about wheelchair tennis because it’s genuinely so interesting to me when I see their tour at Grand Slams. What is their training like?? What are their travel COSTS like???? What are their stories and what made them want to pursue tennis?? Idk I think that would be cool,” she said.

Ayan Broomfield’s response showed that despite not attending tournaments, this WTA star has an unconditional commitment to the sport. Not only does she want to make a career out of it but she also wishes to help people to pursue their tennis dreams. Following her motivation and dreams, Broomfield has gained a sincere fanbase making her an exceptional tennis personality.
