As per Charleston Open’s official website, Elina Svitolina’s official residence is in Monaco. It appears that Svitolina and Monfils have shifted to this country after they entered into a relationship. Prior to that, Svitolina resided in London whereas Monfils had his base set in Geneva.

The duo was first romantically linked in 2019 after talking with each other on social media. They struck an immediate bond and despite their hectic tennis schedules, spared time for each other, which eventually made their bond even stronger. Subsequently, in 2021, the two got engaged and married three months later.

Playing tennis for almost two decades now at the top level, Monfils has accumulated a massive net worth of $10 million. He also has multiple properties listed in his name. One is a penthouse located in the Paraiso complex in Miami, FL. What is interesting to note is that the complex also houses David Guetta and Alex Rodriguez.

While Monfils’ penthouse has three bedrooms and three bathrooms over 2,000 square feet of space, it also boasts five tennis courts and a 100-foot diameter swimming pool. The price of this property is estimated to be in the range of $2-4 Million. Another property owned by Monfils is in Trelex in Switzerland. As his Miami penthouse, Monfils’ Swiss house is valued in a similar price range.

Back in October 2022, Svitolina and Monfils welcomed their first child, a daughter named Skai. Subsequently, during an interview, the Ukrainian tennis star expressed her emotions about becoming a mother and having her husband by her side during her pregnancy.

Svitolina said, “For sure the moment was having our daughter Skai. It was such a long journey, you know, nine months carrying her, and then finally meeting her; it was a special moment.”

Further, she went on to add, “I was so happy to have him by my side and to have that moment together; I think it stands out by far.” Svitolina and Monfils often share glimpses of their time spent together and this moment was one such experience that Svitolina revealed. The two are currently playing in the French Open and will look to dig deep in the tournament.
