Meanwhile, when asked about the Rublev and Begu incident, Nadal said, “Well, we talked enough about that. People who knows me knows that I don’t like this kind of stuff… I see both things you know, in some way when you react with emotional stuff even if it is in a negative way, that creates a show. So, in some way you gonna be in the social networks for a while. So, that’s in some way a promotion for our sport.”
“From my point of view, it’s not a good promotion, but still a promotion. But of course, from my perspective, from my way to understand, the way that we need to act on court it’s not good but I respect every reaction. Of course, if it’s not dangerous for the people who is around,” the Spaniard further said.
Meanwhile, both Rublev and Begu have been fined by the French Open for amounts of $8,000 and $10,000. Notably, Rublev dispatched a ball in anger, which almost hit a ground worker. On the other hand, Begu smashed her racket on the ground which flew into the crowd and almost hit a child.

In today’s match, the Spaniard won the match pretty easily in 2 hours and 11 minutes; The final score was 6-3, 6-2, 6-4. However, the next match will not be an easy match at all for the Spaniard, as the no.9 seed Felix Auger-Aliassime could pose a threat to him.
