Professional Tennis Players Association received many criticisms when Djokovic, Querrey, and Pospisil stepped down from the ATP Player Council to form it. Now Paula Badosa, its newly appointed member of the debut executive committee showed hopeful prospects for the group. While many players thought what is going to be its purpose, Djokovic said they aim to deliver players’ opinions and issues to the community. Now with Badosa’s message, fans will understand PTPA’s objectives in a better way.

Along with Badosa, there are seven more players on the committee who will take charge of the objectives. However, veterans like Federer, Nadal, and Murray strongly opposed PTPA’s establishment. However, following Badosa’s message, they will probably understand how this association is different from any union.
