The qualification scenario for the semi-final spots at ATP World Tour Finals 2019 is getting interesting after Dominic Thiem and Stefanos Tsitsipas reserve their berths in the last-four round, the remaining two semifinalists amongst the elite men of ATP are yet to be determined.
Group Andre Agassi:
The group with Rafael Nadal, Alexander Zverev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and Daniil Medvedev has confirmed Tsitsipas as the semifinalist after his two straight-set victories against Medvedev and Zverev.

However, their Friday’s matches i.e., Tsitsipas vs Nadal and Zverev vs Medvedev will conclude the other semi-finalist from the Group Andre Agassi.
On Friday, if Nadal and Medvedev win, World Number one, Nadal will qualify for the semifinals. He will be stand first in his group and followed by Tsitsipas on the second spot.
If Nadal and Zverev win, Zverev will take the semifinal spot along with Tsitsipas. In this case, Tsitsipas will be leading the group.
If Tsitsipas and Medvedev win in two sets, both of them will qualify for the semifinals at ATP World Tour Finals 2019 and Tsitsipas will again take the lead.
However, if Tsitsipas and Medvedev win in the three sets, the defending champion, Zverev with take the semifinal spot along with Tsitsipas and the Greek lad will be the first player of the group.
If Tsitsipas and Zverev simply win their matches on Friday, both of them will qualify for the semi-finals in London, with Tsitsipas in the lead.
Group Bjorn Borg:
World Number five, Dominic Thiem after his victories back-to-back victories over the multiple-time ATP Finals champions, Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, he reserved his semi-final berth in London.
With Matteo Berrettini losing his first two matches in straight sets and Thiem winning three-sets in London, ruled the Italian out of the tournament. Also, his straight-set win over Thiem on Thursday was not enough to earn the semifinal spot.

The most anticipated match of the tournament, Federer vs Djokovic will unveil the second semifinalist from Group Bjorn Borg. Federer is on a six-match losing streak against Djokovic, if he snaps his losing streak against the Serb on Thursday, he could be the semifinalist alongside Thiem or else, it will be Djokovic taking the semifinal spot.
If Djokovic wins against Federer, Thiem and Djokovic will be the semifinalists and the Serb will be leading the group.

If Federer wins, Thiem and Federer will be the two last-four round contestants from Group Bjorn Borg, and Thiem will be the group leader.
