In 2019, Federer posted a photo where he was excited to meet Mbappe. But things took a funny turn when Federer tagged him wrongly on Twitter. He even went on to state, “I tried but messed up by tagging the correct one, I think anyhow,” on his Twitter to give an explanation of the situation.

The Swiss Maestro has proved himself quite a lot of times on the court, however, social media still remains an unexplored field for him. He went on to tweet, “social media is a funny place.” If Federer says it, who are we to deny it?
