The 21-year-old tennis sensation has continued to rise up the ATP ranking chart with his consistent performance. After Matteo Berrettini’s fall from the top, Sinner has taken his place as the next Italian tennis hope. However, both players are big admirers of Federer’s style, both on and off the court.
Berrettini is a huge fan of the 2009 Wimbledon blazer look of Federer. It seems like Sinner shares his compatriot’s admiration for Federer’s style.
Adorning Gucci attires in a classic gentleman style, Sinner seems to mirror the style of Federer. His idealization of the Swiss tennis legend is not a bluff, as he has made it clear in the past.
Similarly, Federer has pulled off his suits on multiple occasions. Not going too much in the past, we can talk about his Met Gala look this year. Buttoned up in a black suit, Federer established his style supremacy again.

Starting off the shot in a beige Gucci cardigan, and then moving on to a sophisticated navy blue suit, Sinner narrates in the background. “I’ve been called a robot, a machine, a superhuman,” he says.
Slipping on to the next shot, Sinner sits like a proper gentleman. He wears a blue T-shirt with the classic, “G” insignia of Gucci on it. Following in the footsteps of his idol, Roger Federer, he continues, “I am a kind of player who likes the game. If I could have one superpower, it would be playing tennis forever.”

Sharing little clips from his childhood, Sinner ends his monologue in the same beige cardigan. Eventually, he says, “My journey is only just beginning. Chapter One- The Real Me.” All in all, a classy monologue, a classy look, and a classy player, all depicting his idol- Federer.
However, playing tennis forever is not the only thing Sinner wishes to emulate.

Federer is not just Sinner’s idol. His perseverance and his ability to channel his growth according to the challenges make him the undisputable GOAT.
Similarly, that is something Sinner also wants to emulate. In an interview with Eurosport, he gave voice to his inner thoughts. He stated that if he could wake up one day as somebody else, he would like it to be Roger Federer. The reason behind it is that he feels the Swiss Maestro is a “complete player.” That is something we can not deny.
