The 20-time Grand Slam champion attended Andrea Bocelli’s concert in Zurich a few days ago. Bocelli is a blind Italian tenor who was performing at Hallenstadion. During the show, Bocelli invited Federer on to the stage.

While inviting the Swiss maestro on to the stage with him, Bocelli said, “Among us tonight, there is a living legend, Roger Federer. For me, it’s really an honor to dedicate the last hour to him for the emotions that he gave to everybody and I would like to have him here on stage.”

The video of the incident went viral on social media. After Federer joined the Italian on the stage, the latter dedicated the performance to the Swiss legend. It turned Federer emotional and his eyes filled with tears. The incident occurred in front of a huge crowd in Zurich and Federer later hugged Bocelli after his performance.
