In this match, fans spotted Alcaraz taking over the Italian ATP star with a striking volley and receiving a point to take over Arnaldi by 3-4. Last year in an interview, Alcaraz spoke about how Federer inspired his tennis skills. Federer has been a childhood hero to Alcaraz and the SPanird admired Federer’s excelling ability to play with “ease.”In his words- “Roger, because of the talent he has and the ease with which he plays,” Not just that Alcaraz also called the Swiss tennis legend the “Lionel Messi of tennis.”

Alcaraz commented- “I want to continue winning many Grand Slams and for that I have to pay attention to Djokovic and Rafa, because the years go by and they continue to win those tournaments and continue to give their best level.
