The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William, and Catherine were also present at the Royal box along with Prince George. However, it seems like the young Prince did not particularly have a great time due to Nick Kyrgios’ uncontrollable swearing in front of the Royal box.
Prince George makes a puzzled face after hearing Nick Kyrgios swear
During the previous rounds at Wimbledon Championships this year, we saw Nick Kyrgios getting animated quite often during matches. As a result, he used some inappropriate language, and received plenty of code violations for his actions. In the final against Djokovic, he did the same and received a code violation.
Moreover, he was swearing right in front of the Royal box, where Prince George was seated. After hearing some of the words, the young Prince did not look happy, and his reaction is getting viral on social media. You can watch the video below.

Notably, Kyrgios received a code violation for using inappropriate language in front of the chair umpire, as he was asking the umpire to throw a fan out. Earlier, the fan shouted as Kyrgios was about to serve, and the Aussie player did not like it. However, the umpire did not know which fan it was, so he could not take any action.

Meanwhile, after the trophy presentation, Novak Djokovic had a brief discussion with Prince William and Kate Middleton. Incidentally, Prince George was also there, and the Serb asked him if he wanted to touch the trophy, which Prince George did not refuse. Notably, this is the 7th time Djokovic has secured the Gentlemen’s Singles Trophy, as he won the title in the previous three editions at Wimbledon. Also, this was his 21st Grand Slam title in total, as he surpassed Roger Federer. Now, he is just one Grand Slam title behind his great rival, Rafael Nadal. However, it seems like he may have to wait until next year to challenge for a Grand Slam trophy, as US Open is still not allowing unvaccinated players to take part in the upcoming hard-court Grand Slam tournament.
