The Russian tennis star is well-renowned for his dislike for the clay-court season. Fun fact, he does not even try to hide it. So, when he missed a few chances to score points against Zverev, he took on a calmer approach to show his frustration.
It was during the second set of the Monte Carlo Masters when Medvedev and Zverev were switching sides. The Russian player walked silently to the net and took down the net structure and threw it on the court. During this moment of calm protest, everyone just looked at him dumbfoundedly.

The chair umpire calmly got down from his seat, organized it again, and excused Medvedev because it did not break. On the other hand, Zverev just gawked at him from the other end and when he realized what his opponent is doing, he smiled.
Fortunately, Medvedev got off without a warning, probably because the form of protest was very calm. But we can see the ill effects of the clay court frustrating Daniil Medvedev. Given the situation here, he must now notice that Indian Wells was better than this.

This year’s Indian Wells did not quite feel like a hard-court tournament for Medvedev. The slow game irked the Russian tennis star, so, he chose to voice his discontent in a hilarious manner.
During the toilet break, Medvedev caught on to the chair umpire. Expressing his frustration, he stated he is going to pee as slowly as this court. The moment turned out to be hilarious, even if it was not intended to be.
