As seen in the video, it looks like Djokovic has already mastered the technique, as he is gliding so perfectly above the water. Meanwhile, the controversy is not leaving Djokovic, as he has become a hot topic of conversation regarding his participation in the US Open this year. Many former players, like John McEnroe, voiced their frustration over the rule, as he wants the Serb to play the US Open.
Meanwhile, many politicians are also putting pressure on the government to let Djokovic play in the Grand Slam event. Moreover, many fans signed a petition, asking the US government to give Djokovic a chance to fight for his 22nd Grand Slam title. Despite the furore, the US Open pretty much confirmed that Djokovic won’t be playing at Flushing Meadows later next month.

Even though Djokovic will be missing the US Open, he looked pretty excited about playing in the Laver Cup this year. Yesterday, Laver Cup announced Djokovic’s inclusion in Team Europe alongside Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Andy Murray.
