Roger Federer is all set to make his comeback at the Laver Cup this September. The player has established himself with 20 grand slam titles under his name. Parents of the tennis legend talked about the passing on the values from one generation to other.

Swiss Maestro’s parents talked about him passing values to his children 

Lynette and Robert Federer, mother and father of the Swiss Maestro talked about the values inculcated by them in the player. They also talked about how these values are being taught to their grandchildren as well. Lynette Federer said, “Yes, I think he does, the upbringing rubs off.”

She gave the example of being outdoors with kids and spending quality time with them. She said, “He likes being outdoors with his children, going to the mountains–we often did things like that with our children.”

Roger Federer also talked about the helping and kind nature of his son. He said, “His willingness to help is also one of the values ​​that we hope to be able to pass on to him.” The father dwelled on nature and observed his son putting others first. He said, “He doesn’t look at himself first.”
