After witnessing some quite exciting tennis at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, it’s time for the hard-court season. There are a number of tournaments before the US Open 2021 which will begin on August 31, 2021. Interestingly, World No.4 Rafael Nadal will begin as one of the favourites at the Grand Slam.

Nike recently unveiled Rafael Nadal’s outfit that he will be wearing at the US Open 2021. Intriguingly, there are two separate jerseys which he will be putting on during the day and night matches.

The day’s outfit is quite simple and plain. The t-shirt is white in color and the shorts are navy blue. One can also see some patches of navy blue on the sleeves of the white t-shirt and even on the neck.

The night’s entire outfit is entirely navy blue in color. Surprisingly, it has a dark green shade on the margins of the sleeves and the neck. Thus, Rafa has a variety of outfits that he can wear at the US Open 2021 according to the schedule of his matches.

Can Rafael Nadal regain his form at the National Bank Open 2021?

Fans had huge expectations from Nadal when he stepped on the court at the Citi Open 2021. However, he failed to go beyond the pre-quarters and lost to Llyod Harris there in three sets.

After this, Rafa will be playing at the National Bank Open 2021. He has already won the ATP Masters 1000 tournament five times in his career and thus, will begin as the favorite at the tournament. Interestingly, he is also the defending champion there as the event didn’t take place in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Rafael Nadal need to succeed in Toronto this year in order to regain his form and momentum ahead of the US Open 2021. In addition, he has to gain ATP points to climb in the ATP rankings. Fans have huge expectations from the Spaniard and believe that he can turn the tables around at the National Bank Open 2021. Will he be able to end the year with 21 Grand Slam titles?
