Besides giving out the statement that depicted uncertainty about the current magnitude of their relationship, Daniil Medvedev also talked about how they have progressed together. Despite being competitors existing in the same line of play, Medvedev explained the fact along with giving out a positive remark.

“In tennis, in general, being very close friends with someone is difficult. You need to know each other for a long time, have common interests – like Andrey (Rublev), Karen (Khachanov) and Roman (Safiullin) . It seems to me that now we (himself and Tsitsipas) have completely normal, respectful relations,” he said.
