In a recent revelation, Prizmic shared his honest opinion on how he got inspired by the legendary Novak Djokovic. Three years ago, Djokovic’s healthy eating habits had a positive effect on the youngster; cutting out sweets and focusing on proteins, eggs, and vegetables. Now, not only is he thrilled to play against his hero, but he also credits his improved on-court performance to the changes in his diet.

Feeling less tired and having more energy, Prizmic is determined to give his best in the match, proving that sometimes, following in your idol’s footsteps can lead to incredible opportunities.

“My reaction was like, ‘I can’t believe it!’ because Novak shared this post on Instagram story,” Prizmic said. “It’s a big thing for me of course because he is my idol and I’m very happy about that. I started that when I was 15 because I saw Novak and other players don’t eat sweet things and I just wanted to also do that,” Prizmic said. “On court, I feel very good, not tired. Big difference on energy levels on court.”

Just days ahead of an emphatic encounter with his idol, the young gun from Croatia came ahead and revealed his heartfelt thoughts for the Serbian. While being a huge fan of him, he suggested how changing his diet greatly helped him.
